F-IR Block
IR Blocking filter. Good for acromats and Solar imaging. A good general purpose IR Filter. Coated optics in metal frame with plastic carry case.

F-PC1
Sirius Optics PC1 filter. The Planetary filter has three peaks of high transmissions with the regions in between being heavily rejected. This sort of filtration is impossible with dye-in-glass filters. This filter will show increased contrast and detail on various objects. The greater the spectral output of an object, the greater the effect. Jupiter and Mars should do well.

F-CE1
The Sirius Optics CE1 filter acts as a Light Pollution Reduction (LPR) filter. However, because it differs from other manufacturers' offerings to such an extent, it should not simply be called an LPR filter. Other LPR filters, currently available on the market, are usually variations of O-III and Nebula filters. These filters function as designed, but do not provide the perfect solution.

F-NPC1
The Sirius Optics NPC filter is designed primarily to reduce the unfocused violet halo seen through common refractors around bright objects.

F-MV1
The Sirius Optics MV1 filter is a specialized corrective filter that greatly reduces the color fringing of blue-violet light. This halo effect is most visible in low cost achromatic refractor telescopes. Use of the MV1 eyepiece filter provides a cost effective means of solving the problem without appreciably changing the viewing color.

F-MV20
The MV20 filter is a variation to our Minus Violet filter. The MV20 filter was designed with a more neutral appearance in mind. The mid-priced achromatic refractors would do well with this filter. Unlike the MV1, the MV20 does not reject the IR region

F-MARS
This filter was designed with Mars in mind, but will find uses elsewhere as well. Mars has reddish disks with dark blue and green markings. This filter emphasizes these two spectral regions by rejecting the very dominant yellow and greenish-yellow regions. Blue-greens and reds will maintain a very high transmission with this filter. Mars will have a magenta color with the darker features sharply defined. This filter is well suited for smaller apertures because the image isn't darkened as much as with many color filters

RGB-1.25
The Sirius Optics RGB-1.25 filter wheel utilizes the revolutionary design introduced with our Variable Filter System. Instead of the variable filter, this unit has an anodized aluminum wheel with four holes. Three of the holes are filled with parfocal Red, Green and Blue interference filters, the fourth hole left empty. By manually turning the wheel, each color magnetically aligns with the optical path for a positive filter placement.
